Sorrel micros have a tangy, lemony taste that may remind you of kiwi or strawberry. You can typically find sorrel growing in Europe and parts of central Asia.
Sorrel micros are packed with vitamins C, B, and are known to be high in minerals. Some cultures have been known to utilize sorrel medicinally to heal sore throats, treat skin disorders, and as an antidote for poison.
Ways to eat:
- goes well with eggs, beef, and potatoes
- top a soup or a salad
