This sweet and filling smoothie is perfect for breakfast, snack, or a post-workout pick me up! The mild and sweet kale micros add vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, carotene, amino acids, and protein. It's hard to say no to something that makes you feel as great as it tastes!

Ingredients:
- 1 large handful of kale microgreens
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup berries
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- honey to taste
- Optional
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tsp flax seed
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency. It'll be a bit thick.
- Pour into a large glass and it's ready to drink.
