About: 

Sunflower micros have a sweet and mild taste, similar to carrots. The sweetness is balanced with a mild nuttiness to bring a full range of flavours. They're bigger than your typical micros but equally jam-packed with great flavour and nutrients.

These micros contain about 25% protein. You'll also get tons of fibre, protein, vitamins, and minerals. 

Ways to eat:

  • top a soup or a salad
  • garnish a meal
  • added to a sandwich
  • by the handful!

Storage:

Store these goodies in your fridge for up to a week.
