About:

These micros have all the nutrients of larger full-grown broccoli, but are easy to digest so your body gets even more of the goodness. The taste is mild, crunchy, dense, slightly bitter. 

Raw broccoli contains the cancer-fighting compound sulforaphane. Broccoli micros are also a source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals.

Ways to eat:

  • as a salad green
  • garnish your plate
  • by the handful!

Storage:

Store these goodies in your fridge for up to a week.
